What is MyStateMLS? And why we use two MLSs.

MyStateMLS is a multiple listing service that covers every state instead of one region. It started in New York as NY State MLS and now runs its main operations from North Palm Beach, Florida. It is not affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®; the company describes itself as the largest non-NAR MLS in the country, with more than 60,000 members. (Those are the company's own figures.)

Regional MLSs like Stellar MLS, RWorld, and Space Coast MLS are run with local REALTOR® associations, and they're where most local buyer's agents search every day. MyStateMLS is statewide, any licensed professional can join, and it sends listings to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and many other sites.

We don't treat it as a replacement for your regional MLS. We use both: the regional MLS for local agents, MyStateMLS for extra statewide and online reach.

Most flat fee services put you on one MLS. We're dues-paying members of Stellar MLS, RWorld, Space Coast MLS, and MyStateMLS, so your listing goes on the regional MLS for your county and on MyStateMLS. That's what we mean by 2 MLSs. It costs nothing extra in any package.

We cover 36 Florida counties through Stellar MLS, RWorld, and Space Coast MLS. If your county isn't one of them, call (407) 258-1998. We may still be able to list your home on MyStateMLS statewide.

• Go-Go, $299: everything in Go, unlimited listing time (24 months to start, renewed at no charge whenever you ask), live within 1 business day once paperwork is in, a pricing report (CMA) and estimated net sheet from an experienced, licensed agent (not AI), QR yard sign, lockbox, 50 full-color property flyers, and coordination of professional photos if you want them (we get you a quote; you pay the photographer directly), and priority text and phone support, not call centers or bots (you get our unlisted help # after sign-up; keep it secret, baby). $0 listing commission.
• A-Go-Go, 1.69% at closing: full service and support from Firelight Realty Group. $0 upfront, pro pics included, a custom QR code yard sign (you pick the style) with a custom web page linked to the QR code, 50 full-color property flyers, priority text and phone support (not call centers or bots), pricing strategy, every offer and negotiation (with a net sheet for each offer), and contract-to-closing coordination. You approve showings with a tap in ShowingTime.

Yes. It is a multiple listing service for licensed real estate professionals. It is not run by a local REALTOR® association, which is why we use it alongside your regional MLS rather than instead of it.
