Stellar MLS is a multiple listing service based in Altamonte Springs. It covers Central, Southwest, and North Florida, with continuous coverage along the Gulf Coast from Charlotte to Citrus counties. Stellar says it serves more than 75,000 real estate professionals, which makes it one of the largest MLSs in Florida. In September 2026 it expanded into Hernando County.

When your home is on Stellar, every agent in that network sees it in the same search they use for any other listing, and the listing flows on to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and other sites.

Stellar, like every MLS, only lets participating brokers enter listings. A homeowner can't sign up and post their own house. A flat fee brokerage like ours enters the listing for you under our license, and you keep control of showings, price, and offers. That's the whole trick, and it's why it costs $79 instead of a percentage.

Buyer's agent pay: Since August 2024, MLSs no longer show offers of compensation to buyer's agents, and buyers sign written agreements with their own agents. You are not required to pay the buyer's agent, but many buyers will ask you to as part of their offer. Decide your answer before offers arrive. It is separate from every Listagogo package.

Not directly. Only MLS member brokers can enter listings. With our Go package you pay $79, we enter the listing under Firelight Realty Group, and you handle showings and offers yourself. There is no listing commission.
